Is there a covid-related entry rule?
Yes. You can only enter the festival if you show a Danish or an EU “digital covid certificate” also known as the "Corona Passport". If you don't use apps you can also bring a copy of your vaccine card or a negative PCR test that is maximum 96 hours old or a negative antigen/quick test that is maximum 72 hours old.

Its from 16.00-03.00 all days.
Do you accept cash and MobilePay?
No, we do not accept cash and MobilePay. We do accept: all major credit cards and Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Sections – what is that about?
First, the festival site was split into eight sections, section 1–8. Now they are merged into two new and bigger sections: Section 1, 2, 3 and 4 are merged into section A and section 5, 6, 7 and 8 are merged into section B. Guests cannot move from one section to the other. Both sections have the equal space and view to the mainstage (titlede Manegen) – and the same easy access to the smaller stage (titled Tribunen), the carousel ride, bonfire, bars, food stands, toilets and more.
How do I find out what section my ticket is for?
Open your PDF ticket from Ticketmaster. On the top left corner you will find the section information (view example). If you login to Ticketmaster and download your PDF ticket again it will also state wheter it belongs the new and bigger section A or B. If you can't login again you can also follow this guideline: Section 1, 2, 3 and 4 belong to section A and section 5, 6, 7 and 8 belong to section B.
What section do I belong to when I bought my ticket before the section system was introduced?
The section system was introduced on 31 May 2021. If you bought your ticket before that date you belong to section 1 that is part of section A.
Can I change my ticket from one section to the other before the festival take place?
Sorry, no. Tickets are non-changeable. So please make sure to buy the ticket in the section you would like to stay in.
Can I get my ticket refunded if I can't go anyway?
Sorry, no. Tickets are non-refundable. However, your ticket is not personal, so you can give it away or sell it to others. Remember it’s not legal to overcharge for the ticket.
Can I get my ticket refunded if my favorite artist on the lineup is cancelled?
Sorry, no. Artists are subject to change and your ticket is considered as a festival ticket for the entire lineup in its entirety. and not a single artist.

Can I re-sell or give away my ticket?
Yes, you can do so because your ticket is not personal. But do not overcharge for the ticket, that's very uncool and illegal.
Where do I find an accessible toilet?
In section B only.
Can I buy a ticket at the festival entrance on the showday?
Yes, but only if tickets are not yet sold out in presale. Ticket prices at the festival entrance are more expensive than presale. Door prices are 1-Day tickets: 400 DKK, 3-Day Tickets 750 DKK.
